Sophia joined the Nanny Authority after working at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) for 5 years. While at CFR, Sophia was in charge of stewarding the organization’s major donors and board of directors.

Sophia grew up working at the Nanny Authority during her summers and school breaks. She learned from a young age what it takes to provide quality domestic staff to busy high-net-worth homes around the country. Sophia officially joined the Nanny Authority team in 2014 starting as a Placement Specialist, carefully screening and presenting high quality candidates meeting clients’ specific requirements. Sophia has quickly established long-term, trusting relationships with her candidates, clients and colleagues, alike. Sophia is described by candidates she works with as patient, understanding, thorough and highly invested in finding the perfect fit for them. Her attention to detail, individualized approach and thoughtful consideration of the needs of families and individuals has led to hundreds of successful placements and countless client referrals. Sophia is highly invested in the satisfaction and streamlined client experience throughout the placement process. Pavillion clients have credited Sophia with finding them the absolute ideal candidate and providing an informative, transparent and pleasant experience throughout.

In 2021, she became Director of the Nanny Authority playing an active role in ensuring the growth, innovation and commitment to providing excellent service in an ever changing industry. With recent unprecedented times in our country, Sophia and the Nanny Authority team have remained committed to meeting changing client and candidate needs with care. Sophia brings a unique and valuable perspective to her family business’ well-earned, established reputation and it’s future direction.

Sophia holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University. Sophia, her husband, and dog split their time between Whitefish, Montana and New York City. She equally enjoys skiing, hiking, and cosmopolitan life.
