A family on the Upper West Side is seeking a long-term Weekend Nanny/Family Assistant for their toddler. Theirs is a warm, artistic household with the structure and standards of a formal home. Responsibilities include A-Z childcare, engaging the child in stimulating and age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals and snacks, maintaining the child’s room and supplies, escorting her to activities, light pet care, and general family assistance including errands, shopping, and organizational support. The ideal candidate is seasoned and professional, with significant experience in high-profile environments. The family travels to Washington, DC one weekend per month and seasonally to Florida, and the right candidate will embrace being a consistent presence on the road as well as at home. Regular schedule is Friday 2:00–8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 12:00–8:00pm, with the flexibility to travel and live in one weekend per month. Salary: $45/hour. Immediate start.
