Executive Assistant, full time, live out

A Midtown Hedge fund needs to hire an Executive Assistant for one it’s Partners. Responsibilities include: calendar management, inbox management, phone calls and miscellaneous organizational projects, facilitating all meetings, arranging virtual and in-person meetings and general office tasks such as preparing and printing reports, presentations, and notes, setting up for meeting rooms, and reordering department supplies. All candidates must have superb writing skills, excellent organizational and communication skills allowing the Partner to arrive at meetings prepared. This position is often privy to privileged information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role. Schedule is Monday – Friday 40-50 hours a week with flexibility to work additional hours. Salary range 100k -140k DOE + benefits. Immediate start.
