ID#: 18229
Position: Executive Personal Assistant, Full Time, Live Out, Personal Assistant
Location: Connecticut, Ohio

A busy professional, with homes in Cleveland and Connecticut, needs to hire a top-tier Executive/Personal Assistant (EPA) to manage and coordinate both their personal life and professional obligations. This individual will act as a key liaison between the principal and their extended team, which includes a business manager, private chef and other staff ensuring seamless communication and organization across all areas. Key responsibilities include: heavy calendar management, coordinating meetings, booking and managing travel for the principal and their family, tracking contracts and overseeing professional projects, some budgeting and managing household finances, event planning, vendor management, and running personal and household errands. The EPA will also ensure the home is fully stocked with preferred products and necessities, oversee the family’s main residence, manage special projects, assist with packing and travel preparation, and drive the principal when needed. A core aspect of this role is keeping the principal on track and serving as a reliable gatekeeper. The principal splits their time approximately 50/50 between Ohio and Connecticut, and the EPA must be willing and able to travel extensively between both locations. While frequent travel is required, Cleveland is the preferred home base, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8–10 years of experience supporting busy HNW professionals or working in similarly demanding environments. A valid driver’s license is required, and all candidates must be tech-savvy, highly organized, an excellent communicator. This role requires flexibility, particularly from late fall through early spring, when a 24/7 mindset is essential, with long workdays spanning five or six days per week and some downtime in the middle of the day. During the summer and early fall, the schedule becomes more traditional, typically Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Base salary of $150-200K+, depending on experience with benefits and relocation support. Immediate start!
