Position: Companion, Full Time, Live Out, Nanny
Location: New Jersey

Working parents, Monmouth County, NJ. , needs to hire a dual Companion/ Nanny to provide dedicated care and assistance to their teenager with special needs. Responsibilities include: providing daily companionship, engaging the child in activities that interest them, trying to promote positive healthy habits like walks outside, preparing meals, assisting with hygienic needs like dressing and bathing (when parents are not available), and providing extra support and coverage a few nights a month so parents can have a night out. Applicants should be personable and sweet and have experience working with special needs children and, ideally, teens. There is some flexibility with the schedule and family would like a few late nights a month but typical schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 11am to 5pm, Wednesdays from 8am to 5pm and Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 2pm. Salary $35/hr.
