Our thorough nanny screening, interviewing and reference checking procedures allow us to accept only a very small percentage of those nannies who apply to The Nanny Authority. Only 10-15% of those nannies who apply to The Nanny Authority are accepted for placement. We verify each nanny’s educational background, work history, childcare experience and speak with previous employers, teachers, and other personal references.

The Nanny Authority takes the worry out of designing your own Nanny/Family contact. Our extensive “Terms of Employment” agreement outlines every aspect of the nanny’s duties. It can also serve as an important interviewing tool and has proven to be a valuable aide in the success of the Nanny/Family relationship.
Upon hiring a nanny and prior to commencing employment, The Nanny Authority will provide you with the nanny’s criminal and motor vehicle report, social security verification and National sex offender’s registry check.
