Nanny S is an experienced and nurturing nanny who is seeking a live-out in the New York City area for the long term. Sestina has 10  years of child care experience, including care for infants as young as 6 weeks to pre-teens as old as 12. In addition to her experience as a nanny, she has also owned and operated a daycare. She has experience working with children who have special needs, including Autism and Cerebral Palsy. She has a flexible schedule, is open to a live-in or live-out position, and is available to travel. She drives, swims, is CPR and First Aid certified, and would be a great fit for any family, especially a busy family on the go! A fun fact about her is that she is tri-lingual! Besides being fluent in English, she is also fluent in Italian and Spanish. When I spoke with her past employers, a father of two girls, he described her as, “reliable,” “creative,” “positive,” “dependable,” and “enthusiastic.” He also mentioned that one of her greatest strengths was her ability to remain calm and her patience and mentioned that he, “never saw her get flustered.” One of the mothers from Nanny S’s daycare said she was always welcoming and accommodating and described her as, “very motherly,” and someone who, “never seemed overwhelmed” despite being responsible for multiple children. She is incredibly friendly and warm and greeted me with a huge smile when we first met. She comes highly recommended and I think she would be a great fit with any family.
