P holds 15 years of experience as a nanny. She worked for her first family as a live-in aupair/nanny for over five years. They had three kids ranging from newborn to 2 years old. One of the parents was a doctor with a hectic schedule which required P to be extremely flexible with her schedule. P has worked with several other families since on a full-time basis each with their own parenting styles and unique needs. She has taken care of children from newborns to 12 years of age. P teaches etiquette, helps with school, prepares meals, manages household tasks, travels with family, and other items. She is always willing to pitch in where needed. P developed from old fashion parenting philosophy to more modern approaches like Montessori and RIE. She is able to adapt to the philosophy of the parents and continue with what is best for the family and children. At the end of the day, she is here to support whatever the family needs to raise their children and manage their household. She assists with light cleaning and meal prep. She is permanently living in Colorado and seeking a full-time live-out Nanny position/ relocate (NYC Chicago Dallas Austin Miami LA ) and is flexible to travel with the family when needed.
