Between her experience and personality, Candidate S would make a fantastic addition to any home! She is experienced, knowledgeable and well-versed in all aspects of toddler and pre-school aged children but importantly, she has the sweet, nurturing personality that allows her to successfully build a rapport with the family she works for. Candidate S has all of the intangibles that a family is looking for. A previous employer said, “I knew I was going to hire her as soon as she walked through the door.” Her other references have described her as “bubbly” and “truly wonderful” with children. Candidate S can successfully engage them in age-appropriate activities and games, ensuring that they are on track to meet developmental milestones and stages, organize and accompany them on playdates and classes, and foster a safe, nurturing environment while they are in her care. She is also happy to prepare meals for the children, and pitch-in with light housekeeping and laundry.
