A family of four, in Greenwich Village, needs to hire an experienced Nanny to care, primarily, for their preschool-aged child, while occasionally assisting the baby nurse with an infant. Responsibilities include: engaging the children in fun developmental activities, escorting them to activities, maintaining the children’s rooms and clothing, organizing their schedules and preparing meals and snacks. The typical schedule is Monday–Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required. During the summer months, the family travels to their beach home, and the Nanny will be expected to accompany them and live in. There is also occasional off season travel to the beach house, usually for one night, when the Nanny is expected to join the family. Private accommodations and a travel fee will be provided. Salary range: $35 – 40/hour. Immediate start.
