A busy family of six, in Locust Valley, needs to hire a meticulous, part time Weekend Housekeeper to join the existing household team at their family’s secondary residence, where they spend most weekends and holidays. Working under the direction of the Head Housekeeper, the housekeeper will be responsible for: thorough cleaning of all living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces, maintain all household surfaces (dust, vacuum, mop, wiping countertops, appliances, etc.), making beds & changing linens, laundering of clothes & household linens, household organization, and emptying trash & recycling. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation, have prior housekeeping experience in a HNW setting, have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work discreetly and professionally within a private household as part of a team. Candidates must be confident around large dogs, of which there are 3 when the Owners are in residence. Flexibility with tasks and schedules is a must.  The typical schedule will be Saturday through Monday, approximately 8-10 hours per days but some flexibility will be required. Salary range: $45-50/hr. Immediate  start.
