Private Chef Full-Time (Live Out or Live-in)

Baltimore, MD + Secondary Residence

 

A family of five, with homes in Baltimore and the Hamptons, needs to hire a dedicated Private Chef to join their small team. Responsibilities include: menu planning, provisioning, meal preparation, serving (when needed), kitchen clean-up, food and beverage inventory, and ordering.  Maintaining a well-organized, clean kitchen and pantry is a must.  The family entertains approximately once per month.  This role travels to the Hamptons during July and August.  The ability to keep menus fresh, offer variety, plan age-appropriate meals and adapt to periodic changes is required.  Candidates with experience cooking for gluten-free households strongly preferred.  The schedule is lunch and dinner Wednesday – Sunday.
