NM is a wonderful professional nanny with experience as an educator, who has worked with children newborn through elementary age. We placed NM at her most recent role; however, the family’s needs (schedule and live in requirements) have changed so she is currently seeking a new position. Prior to this, she worked for the same family for 9 years in Boston and was absolutely cherished by them. She is excited to hit the ground running and find a live-out position for the long term with another fantastic family. NM has worked with our agency for ten years and we are happy to continue assisting someone who comes so highly recommended by her past families (you will see the assortment of reference letters attached). Some highlights from references include describing NM as “the best nanny we’ve ever had,” “engaging,” “patient,” and “interactive.” We were also told that one of her specialties is how wonderful she is with infants!  NM goes above and beyond during her employment to make sure that each day is a combination of rest, stimulation, attention, and lots of hugs and affection. It is a great find for parents to see their babies do something new every day and she has the skill to know when to do new things that make sense for the babies in her care. NM has a valid driver’s license and passport and is CPR certified. She has a B.S. in Family Studies and Human Development from ASU, as well as some brief experience working as a preschool teacher. Her interests include books, travel, and everything related to Italy! NM is available to start a new position upon giving proper notice to her current family. She lives in Manhattan, which makes her work commute quite easy for jobs within the same borough.
